My intent is to retain as much control over this publication as is possible and practicable. If you want to publish it as a book on paper, then it's definitely for profit and we need a contract where I am sufficiently recompensed. Since I intend to keep this book available in HTML form available on the web, you might want to consider contracting a separate book (or books) with me.
If you are an educator and need to reproduce a few pages, or even the whole book, then you either include the Important Reading page, or you can negotiate a payment for your students and include an extra, separate page that explains that the student's copy has been paid for.
Distributing these pages in any modified form is not allowed. When printed, they should include the URL to the page in the footer. Additional material distributed with these must be clearly identified as the work of others.
Useful comments and addenda from readers will be included among these pages with the writers' permission and may include links to the originating authors' websites and/or email addresses.
Sponsorship and/or advertising space on these pages is available, but must be directly relevant to organic gardening and/or farming.
